KOREAN SALAD 
1 lb. raw spinach, washed & broken
1 minced onion
1c. drained bean sprouts
3 hard boiled eggs, coarsely chopped
1/2 c. bacon, cooked (6 slices)

DRESSING:

1/2 c. oil
1/3 c. catsup
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Combine salad ingredients in salad bowl and chill in refrigerator.

Mix Salad Dressing ingredients in jar and shake vigorously. Then add to salad greens.
