WILD RICE CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. raw white rice
1/2 c. raw wild rice
1 lb. ground beef
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cold water
Celery & onion to taste

Wash white and wild rice together; drain. Place in bowl, cover with hot water and soak for 2 hours. Brown beef in skillet; drain, add celery and onion, cook until tender. Then add soy sauce, cream of mushroom soup, can of water and drained rice. Mix, place in casserole dish, bake, covered at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
