YUMMY CUPCAKES 
BATTER:

2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. vinegar
2/3 c. vegetable oil
2 c. water

Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Set aside.

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
Dash of salt
12 oz. chocolate chips

Cream cheese, egg, sugar, and salt. Add chocolate chips and blend well. Fill cupcake papers 1/2 full of batter and top with 1 teaspoon of filling. Bake at 350 degrees 15-20 minutes.
