CREAM CHEESE CUPCAKES 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1 tbsp. vinegar

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. chocolate chips
1 egg
Pinch of salt

Beat the cream cheese, egg, sugar and salt until smooth. Add chocolate chips. Set aside.

Combine the dry ingredients, stir in the liquid ingredients until mixture is smooth. Fill paper-line cupcake tins half full. Put 1 heaping teaspoon of the filling mixture into center of each cupcake. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Makes 18 cupcakes.
