AMARETTO CHEESE CAKE 
24 oz cream cheese
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tbsp. corn starch
1/4 c. amaretto
1/3 c. heavy cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/2 c. almonds

Soften cream cheese, add sugar. Beat in one egg at at time. Add corn starch, amaretto, cream and vanilla. Beat until fluffy. Bake at 375 for 40 minutes. Cool. Combine sour cream, 1/4 cup sugar and almond extract. Beat together. Spread over top. Bake 5 minutes. Cool. Chill 8-10 hours. Pat almonds around side.

CRUST:

1 1/2 c. chocolate wafer crumbs
6 tbsp. softened butter
1 c. finely chopped almonds

Combine and press in bottom of pie plate.
