ALMOND ROCA 
1 lb. butter
1 box brown sugar

Combine and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes until hard ball stage.

1 lg. Hershey candy bar
1 c. nuts

Line large cookie sheet with foil. Spray with Pam. Put 1/2 cup nuts on bottom, pour candy over nuts. Spread candy bar over candy. Spread out. Put rest of nuts on top. Cool and break into chunks.
