ALMOND ROCA 
1 lb. butter
2 c. sugar
1 c. chopped almonds
9 (1/2 oz.) bars of chocolate

In heavy pan boil butter and sugar 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add almonds, cook to 295 or 300 degrees. Stirring constantly, don't ever stop stirring. Pour on cookie sheet. Melt chocolate and spread half on candy, sprinkle with half the nuts. Turn and repeat chocolate and nuts.
