PEPPER STEAK 
Steak, cut up
4 tbsp. soy sauce
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 tomatoes, diced
2 bell peppers, sliced
4 tsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
1/3 c. salad oil
1 garlic clove

Mix soy sauce, oil and garlic together. Pour over steak. Let set 1 hour. Pour into hot skillet. Cook until brown. Mix in celery and onions, cook until meat is done.

Mix cornstarch and cold water. Pour into steak mixture; cook 15 minutes. Mix in tomatoes and bell peppers. Cook 5 minutes and serve.
