TOMATO - PEPPER RELISH DIP 
2 med. tomatoes, finely chopped (1 1/3 c.)
1 lg. green bell pepper, chopped (1 c.)
1/4 c. Italian salad dressing

Place tomatoes in a colander for 30 minutes to drain off juice. In a bowl, combine tomatoes and pepper. Add salad dressing. Cover; chill several hours, stirring occasionally. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
