BREAKFAST PIZZA | |
1 lb. pork sausage 1 (10 oz.) can crescent dinner rolls 1 lb. cheese, grated (1/2 lb. each mozzarella & sharp Cheddar) 6 eggs Salt & pepper to taste 1/2 c. milk 1 tsp. oregano Crumble sausage in a skillet and fry until done, but not hard. Stir occasionally while frying to keep crumbled fine. Put sausage into a colander and let drain and cool. Spray a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan with Pam and unroll the crescent rolls in the pan in 2 strips; pinch together the seams and spread with fingers to cover the bottom of pan. Crumble sausage over the roll crust evenly. Sprinkle cheese over sausage, beat eggs, milk, salt and oregano together and pour mixture evenly over cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Let pizza set for 5-10 minutes. Cut into squares and serve hot. |
