BREAST OF CHICKEN ON RICE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can milk
3/4 c. uncooked regular rice
1 can mushroom stems and pieces with liquid
1 envelope dehydrated onion soup mix
2 chicken breasts, split in half

Mix soup with milk, reserve 1/2 cup. Mix remaining soup with half the onion soup mix and rice. Pour into a 7x11x2 inch pan. Place chicken breasts on top and pour reserved soup over them. Sprinkle remaining onion soup mix on top.

Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 1 hour covered, then 15 minutes uncovered. Just as good with chicken legs and thighs.

Andrew, use regular milk. The idea is to reuse the "now empty" soup can for measuring the milk. Hope this helps.
