BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 lb. spicy sausage
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
6 eggs
2 slices bread
1 c. sharp cheese

Brown sausage. Mix eggs, milk, salt and mustard. Layer sausage, bread (crumbled) and cheese and pour egg mixture into 9 x 13 dish overnight in refrigerator. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
