CHOCOLATE FUDGE SUNDAE CAKE

1 stick butter
1 c. flour
3/4 c. nuts

Spread in 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.

SECOND LAYER:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. confectioner's sugar
Lg. Cool Whip

Mix cream cheese and sugar with mixer, then fold in Cool Whip.

THIRD LAYER:

2 pkgs. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk

Spread over cheese mixture. Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts.
