PORK CHOPS MANDARIN 
6 pork loin chops
1 can mandarin orange sections
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 whole cloves
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. vinegar

Heat a small amount of fat in a skillet over moderate heat. Add chops, cook until brown on both sides. Drain off grease.

Drain oranges and reserve liquid. Mix orange liquid, sugar, cinnamon, cloves, mustard, ketchup and vinegar. Pour mixture over chops and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer, covered about 45 minutes or until chops are tender, turning chops once. During last 10 minutes add orange sections.
