CAROL'S BAKED MACARONI 
1 1/2 sticks Land 'O Lakes cream butter, no cholesterol
2 1/2 cans Minot cream
1 block med. sharp Cheddar cheese, sliced or grated
1 pkg. #7 macaroni

Cook macaroni according to package, in boiling salted water. Rinse thoroughly. Cut or grate cheese. Set aside. Spray a 2 1/2 quart size baking dish with Pam. In dish, spread 1 layer of macaroni, 1 layer of cheese and add 4 to 5 pats of butter on top.

Take and pour about 1/2 can Minot cream in dish and repeat another layer as above. Add more cream until almost full. Use your own judgment with cream, do not over flow. Repeat another layer, if necessary. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until done. Top should be golden brown. Remove from oven and serve.
