ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 c. artichoke hearts (not marinated)
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
Tabasco, few drops
Worcestershire, few drops

Drain artichokes. Chop and mash with a fork.

Mix all ingredients together. Place in buttered dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Sprinkle with parsley and paprika. Serve with cocktail rye or pumpernickel bread.
