ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 can artichokes (quartered, not marinated)
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Parmesan cheese
To taste, garlic, oregano

Drain artichokes, mix all ingredients and bake at 400 degrees or microwave until bubbly. Serve with crackers.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
