ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 can artichoke hearts, not marinated
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Parmesan cheese
Paprika

Drain artichoke hearts. Cut artichoke hearts in small pieces. Mix with mayonnaise and cheese. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese and paprika on top. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes until brown and bubbly.
