JONAH'S TASTY TACO SALAD 
1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 pkg. taco seasoning and 3/4 c. water
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans
1 (11 oz.) can Mexican style corn
1 (3.25 oz.) can olives, sliced
8 oz. (2 c.) shredded Jack cheese
Fresh or jar salsa to taste
1 lg. bag tortilla strips or chips
3-4 sm. tomatoes, chopped
1/2 to 1 whole head iceberg lettuce, cut in 1-2 inch pieces

In a large skillet, brown the meat. Add the taco seasoning and 3/4 cup water. Simmer and stir for 10-15 minutes until water is absorbed. Put meat mixture in a very large bowl. Add beans, corn, olives, and tomatoes. Mix and add salsa to taste. Add lettuce and toss. Add chips, breaking up large ones if desired. Add cheese and toss lightly. Serves approximately 8 people.
