PEANUT BRITTLE 
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1 c. white Karo syrup
1 pkg. raw peanuts
1 cube butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine sugar, syrup, and water. Boil slowly until it spins a foot long thread. Add peanuts. Boil until light brown in color. Add butter, vanilla, soda, and salt. Mix well, place on buttered cookie sheets.
