PEACH CHEESE CAKE 
3 tbsp. butter
1 egg
1 pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
3/4 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 tbsp. sugar
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
1 c. sliced peaches
2 tbsp. peach syrup
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

In a ring pan cake dish melt butter 60% for 2 minutes. Add egg, pudding mix, flour, baking powder and milk. Blend with a wire whip. Microwave on medium low 50% for 5 1/2 minutes. Turning the dish twice. The cake will not be completely done. Arrange the peaches on top of the cake and set aside.

Cook the cream cheese on medium low 50% for 2 minutes. Mix in powdered sugar and peach syrup, pour over the peaches. Combine sugar and cinnamon sprinkle on top of cream cheese. Microwave on medium low 50% for 4-5 minutes or until the edges are bubbly. Turning the dish twice.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
