POT LUCK CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 lg. onion
1 (15 oz.) tomato sauce
1 can kidney beans
1 (16 oz.) block sharp cheese
Salt, pepper, garlic salt & chili powder to taste
1 1/2 c. cooked macaroni (3/4 c. dry)

Put macaroni on to boil while frying beef and onion together. Drain off grease, if excessive amount. Add tomato sauce and simmer 5 minutes. Add kidney beans and seasonings leaving liquid in beans when adding. Add 1/4 cheese to mixture, cut up or shredded then add drained macaroni. Pour from frying pan into 9"x13" casserole, top with shredded cheese to cover entire mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with salad and garlic bread.
