PECAN PIE BARS 
2 c. plain flour
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 c. cold butter
1 c. condensed milk
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. Bit O'Brickle (found at Harvey's) in Dublin
1 c. chopped pecans

Combine and press flour, sugar and butter in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Mix egg, condensed milk and add vanilla. Fold in brickle and chopped pecans. Bake another 20 to 25 minutes more until golden.
