2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. Pepsi Cola
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine flour and sugar. Heat butter, cocoa, and Pepsi to boiling. Pour over sugar and flour mixture. Mix well. Combine the remaining ingredients and beat together. Add buttermilk mixture and mix well. Batter will be thin and marshmallows floating on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan.

ICING:

1/2 c. butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. Pepsi Cola
1/3 c. powdered sugar
1 c. chopped pecans

Combine butter, cocoa, and Pepsi; heat to boiling. Pour over powdered sugar and beat well. Add nuts and spread over hot cake.
