PEPPER BISCUITS | |
5 c. flour 2 tsp. baking powder 3 tsp. salt 2 tsp. fennel seeds 1 tsp. black pepper 1 1/2 c. cold water 1 c. oil Mix first 5 ingredients together in bowl. Make a well and add water and oil. Mix well by hand. Add more flour, if needed. Shape into biscuits and bake on ungreased cookie sheets at 425 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. |
