BEET SALAD 
2 pkgs. lemon Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 cans Freshlike shoestring beets
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. horseradish
1/2 c. diced celery
1 tsp. onion

Mix beets, sugar, horseradish. Let stand few minutes. Use boiling water to dissolve Jello. Add vinegar. When it begins to set, add beet mixture.
