CHILI RELLENOS 
3 (4 oz.) cans green chilies
1 1/2 lbs. sharp Longhorn cheese, grated
3/4 c. chopped onion
6 eggs
6 tbsp. milk
9 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt

In a 9"x13" pan, layer chilies, grated cheese, onion and repeat chilies for last layer. Make batter using the last 4 ingredients. Pour over chilies. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
