CHILI RELLENOS CASSEROLE 
1 lg. can chilis, whole
1/2 lb. Longhorn cheese
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. Jack cheese
1 (10 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 tbsp. flour

Clean chilis. Put strips in casserole dish alternating with cheeses. Mix remaining ingredients in blender and pour over chilis. Bake 325 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 4-6.
