CHICKEN SALAD 
4 c. diced chicken
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 can pineapple chunks, drained
1 can green grapes, drained or 1 c. fresh green grapes, halved
1 tbsp. mustard
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. salad dressing
1/2 can black olives, chopped
1/2 pkg. chow mein noodles

Mix the first 9 ingredients together and refrigerate for 7 hours before serving. Before serving, add the black olives and chow mein noodles. Serves 8.
