CHICKEN SALAD 
3 full chicken breasts, baked and cut up to bite sized pieces
1 can cashews
1 can chow mein noodles
Green grapes and pineapple tid bits
1/2 chopped onion
3/4 c. chopped celery
Mayonnaise

Mix all together and serve on bed of lettuce. Decorate with orange slices.
