PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
1 (20 oz.) can drained, crushed or cubed pineapple
4 c. bread cubes
1 c. milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. melted butter
3 eggs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese

Combine all of above ingredients except cheese, in casserole baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and top with Cheddar cheese. Serve warm.
