BROWNIES 
1/2 c. butter
2 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
2 eggs

ICING:

2 c. powdered sugar
3 tbsp. butter
3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. mint extract

Heat oven 350 degrees. In 2 quart saucepan combine butter and chocolate. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until melted (4-6 minutes). Stir in remaining ingredients until well mixed. Spread into greased 9 inch pan. Bake 25-30 minutes until brownies pull away from sides. Cool completely.

In a small bowl, combine icing ingredients. Beat at medium speed until fluffy. Spread over cooled bars. Store in refrigerator. Makes 25 bars.
