BUSTER BAR DESSERT 
FIRST LAYER:

1 lb. pkg. Oreos, crushed (approximately 4 c.)

Stir in 1 (8 ounce) Cool Whip (3 1/2 cups). Pack in 9x13 pan.

SECOND LAYER:

1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream

THIRD LAYER:

2 c. powdered sugar
1 (13 oz.) can Carnation evaporated milk
2/3 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix and boil 8 minutes, stirring constantly. Cool and spread over ice cream. Sprinkle with Spanish peanuts; freeze.
