MY MOM'S CHESS PIE 
2 eggs
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. corn meal
1/2 tsp. vinegar
1 pie shell

Beat eggs; stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into pie shell. Bake for 40 minutes or until done in 300 degree oven. Do not over bake.
