BROCCOLI-CHEESE BAKE 
4-6 boxes frozen chopped broccoli
3/4-1 lb. Velveeta cheese or processed cheese
1/4 lb. butter
Bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
Pam or any vegetable oil spray

1. Cook broccoli as directed on package.

2. Drain and remove as much moisture as possible.

3. Add 1/4 pound butter in chunks.

4. Add Velveeta in chunks and mix well with broccoli and butter.

5. Spray casserole pan with vegetable oil spray.

6. Spread broccoli mixture into casserole.

7. Top with bread crumbs or cracker crumbs.

8. Broil on low heat until casserole bubbles. Serves 8-12.
