SHRIMP SHISH-KA-BOBS | |
1 lb. shrimp 1 lg. tomato 1 green pepper 1 med. onion 18 whole mushrooms 18 sm. potatoes A fifth of red wine of your choice 1/4 c. oregano Skewer in equal portions the shrimp, tomato, green pepper, onion, mushrooms and potatoes onto skewers. Lay skewers in a 9"x13" cake pan. Marinate in the wine and oregano overnight in the refrigerator. Grill the next day over a hot fire until shrimp is done. Serve with a favorite rice dish. Substitute any beef cubes or seafood for shrimp. |
