SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. milk

TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. all purpose flour
2 1/2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Combine all ingredients except topping ingredients. Mix well. Pour into 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle topping over and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
