DRESSING FOR SPINACH SALAD 
1 c. oil
5 tbsp. red wine vinegar
4 tbsp. sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. sugar
Shake in some coarsely ground pepper
2 tsp. fresh chopped parsley
Dash garlic salt
About 1 lb. spinach

Beat the top 9 ingredients. Pour over spinach. Then add brown bacon bits until crisp. 1 hard boiled egg cut in quarters for each serving.
