CHEESE BALL 
12 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
16 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 green bell pepper, minced
1 sm. jar pimento, drained and minced
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper
1/2 to 1 c. chopped nuts

Mix all ingredients, except nuts, and form into a ball. Roll in nuts, refrigerate. This keeps well and is very good.
