1 c. plain, non-fat yogurt 1/4 c. raisins, golden 1/4 c. chopped walnuts or pecans 1 1/2 tbsp. honey Mix all ingredients, chill overnight. Serve cold over fresh fruit that has been chopped. Makes about 1 1/2 cups. Per 2 tablespoons: 45 calories, 0 cholesterol, 0.5 g. fiber. 1.5 g. fat, 15 mg. sodium. |
