1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1/3 c. ketchup
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. ketchup
1/4 c. crushed pineapple, drained

Combine first 7 ingredients, form into a loaf in shallow baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Combine the 1/4 cup ketchup with pineapple. Spoon over loaf. Bake 30 minutes longer. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing. Makes 6 servings.
