CHICKEN & NOODLES CASSEROLE 
1 chicken (whole, any size)
1 sm. onion
1/2 stick butter
1 (12 oz.) pkg. noodles
2 cans cream of celery soup
Cracker crumbs (saltine)

Boil chicken, onion and butter until done. Remove chicken from broth and cook noodles in broth. While noodles are cooking remove bones from chicken. Place deboned chicken in a casserole. Drain noodles and add soup. Mix well. Add on top of chicken. Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
