LUTEFISK CASSEROLE 
A way to use leftover lutefisk. Put crumbled lutefisk into a casserole. Boil 1 cup rice in 3 cups water until water is gone. Spread rice over lutefisk. Beat 2-3 eggs and add 2 cups of milk. Pour over rice. Salt to taste. Bake at 350 degrees until knife comes out clean.
