MEXICAN PINWHEELS | |
8 oz. pkg. softened cream cheese 2 tbsp. jalapenos, chopped 1 heaping tbsp. chopped pimento 2 chopped green onions, stem included 4 oz. can chopped black olives, drained 3 - 4 flour tortillas Mix all ingredients together. Spread on tortillas. Roll up tightly. Store in plastic wrap in refrigerator until ready to serve. Cut into 1/2 inch slices. Place cut side down on serving tray. Hint: Thin tortillas work best. |
