PIE DOUGH 
2 CRUSTS:

2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tbsp. sugar
5/8 c. canola oil
1/2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 whole egg
1/4 c. cold water

4 CRUSTS:

4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1 1/4 c. canola oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 whole egg, whipped
1/2 c. cold water

Mix all ingredients and knead to form soft ball. For baked shell roll out to 1/8 inch thick, prick entire shell with fork to prevent bubbling, and bake at 425 degrees for about 10 minutes or until delicate brown.
