SHRIMP BREAD 
3/4 lb. cooked, chopped shrimp (or 1 sm. frozen bag)
1 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
3/4 c. minced celery
3/4 c. green minced onion
2 (7 1/4 oz.) pkg. party rolls (sm. Pepperidge Farm party rolls)

Mix shrimp, mayonnaise, cheese, celery and onion.

Split rolls and spread with shrimp mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 80 rolls.

Can be frozen on cookie sheet and put in plastic bag to store.
