PECAN PIE 
6 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) bottle dark Karo corn syrup
4 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. pecans
2 (9-inch) deep shell pie crusts

Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, stir first 5 ingredients until well blended. Stir in pecans. Pour into uncooked pie crusts.

Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until golden brown.

Makes 16 servings.
