CHOCOLATE PECAN PIE | |
1 9 inch unbaked pie crust 3 eggs, beaten 1 c. Karo light corn syrup 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 to 3/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted 2 tbsp. melted butter 1 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 c. pecans Mix eggs, corn syrup, chocolate chips, butter, and vanilla in a large bowl until blended. Stir in pecans. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Cool on wire rack. |
