MUSHROOM CASSEROLE 
Take 3 pounds of mushrooms, slice in boiling water in large pan, steam them for 1 to 2 minutes. Drain off water.

1 bag Pepperidge Farm Bread Cubes (herb)

Follow instructions on bag.

1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Lg. casserole dish, greased

Layer mushrooms, then stuffing, then cheese. Keep repeating until all is used. Pour 1 pint of half and half over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. DO NOT SALT.
