BEEF & BROCCOLI 
3/4 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, sliced across the grain into thin strips
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 med. onion, cut into wedges
1 can cream of broccoli soup
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 c. broccoli flowerets
Hot cooked egg noodles

In skillet, over medium high heat, cook beef and garlic in hot oil until browned. Add onion, cook 5 minutes, stirring often. Stir in soup, water and soy sauce. Bring to a boil. Add broccoli. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 4 to 6 minutes. Serve over noodles.
